Data protection:

Compliance with the applicable legal provisions on data protection of personal data is a matter of course for us. Data is information that can be used to learn the identity of web users. This includes information such as name, address, postal address, telephone number, etc.. Any information that cannot be directly linked to the actual identity of the user is therefore not included.

When you visit this website, we do not collect any personal data without your voluntary registration. However, data is automatically collected which is stored in a log file on our server via so-called cookies and is evaluated exclusively anonymously for statistical purposes. Cookies can be used either to control connections during a session or to recognize multiple use of an offer by the same user. In the first case, they are deleted after the session ends. Google Analytics

Data type and legal basis: Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics (Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that allow an analysis of the use of the website the users. We process your data on the basis of your consent (Art 6 (1) lit a GDPR) via the cookie banner to create an easy-to-use website access statistics in a cost-effective manner.

Purpose, storage period and data transfer: The information generated by the cookies about the use of the website (including the IP address) is transmitted to a Google Inc. server in the USA and stored there. We do not store any of your data collected in connection with Google Analytics.

This website uses the IP anonymization option offered by Google Analytics. Your IP address is therefore shortened/anonymized by Google as soon as Google receives your IP address. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. Your person cannot be ascertained by Google as a result. Data type: when you visit our website, your IP address as well as the beginning and the end of your session are logged for the analysis of the duration of sessions. The following data is logged in this way:

Time of the server request

Purpose and legal basis: For reasons of operational security, the hosting provider collects data about accesses to this site and stores them as “server log files”. This is technically required and thus represents a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 (1) lit f GDPR. As far as nothing else is regulated in the following, these data are not further processed by us.

Storage period: These log files are stored for 2 weeks.

Social plugins

Facebook

Our website uses so-called social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition “Social Plug-in for Facebook” or “Facebook Social Plugin”.
